REP is run by its two founders – Marc and Wei. Together, we bring deep experience in small & family businesses, M&A, and growth planning & execution. Our values center on collaboration, prioritizing people first and accountability, embodying what we see as pillars of a successful enterprise and our own life experiences.
We empathize with the complexities of transitioning a company and how it affects employees and customers. We will work closely with you to create a tailored transition plan. Post-close, we will uproot our families to personally operate the business as we are fully committed to the future success.
